Shipping Questions
1. If I placed my order on (Insert whatever date here) and the label has been printed... Are my plants sitting in a box the entire time until finally taken to UPS or Fedex on (Insert ship date here)?
Answer: Absolutely not, Plants are packaged the same day that they go to the carrier.
2. Can I have my order shipped USPS to get a cheaper shipping cost?
Answer: No, We no longer use USPS at all for website orders. There are too many issues with them and it is not safe to ship plants with them.
3. Why is my order taking so long to ship?
Answer: This is a temporary set back at the moment. Our business was completely destroyed by Hurricane Milton, and we are still in the recovery process. Our whole packing crew is new and with the influx of orders with spring finally here, we are working on getting a good flow going again! We greatly appreciate your orders and patience while helping us get back on our feet.
Care Questions
1. What should I do when I unbox my plants?
Answer: Make sure you let them destress before you repot!
Plants do much better if you let them acclimate to your home over a couple days. Avoid putting them directly into a window with a ton of direct light, as this can shock them. Avoid putting them under an AC/Heat vent!
Before you water, make sure to check the soil is not too wet already.
2. My plants are droopy after taking them out of the box?
Answer: This can happen if the plant was in transit for a bit too long and dried out a bit too much. Give them a good water and wait until the next day to see if they perk back up. This is usually not something to be too worried about :)
